What materials are vavins bikini made of?

All vavins swimsuits are made in Italy in Lycra xtralife or in Carvico fabrics. The selected lycra or microfibre are designed to resist chlorine, UV rays and sun creams and oils, ten times longer than other fabrics.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, which is the return policy?

Vavins tribe really wants you to be the queen of the beach and we’d love your bikini will reflect you completely.
That’s why we encourage you to check the size guide carefully before making a purchase.

The return is only possible from Italy.

To make the return you must follow these points and you will be able to receive your refund:

  • Send an e-mail requesting the return to reso@vavinsbikini.com, writing “RETURN” as the subject of the e-mail and specify, in the body of the mail, the order number and the name of the person who made the order.
  • Carefully place the products you intend to return in a sturdy similar bag as the one you received.
  • We will send you an e-mail with a waybill attached, that you will print it and hand in it to the courier. You also need to write the destination address on the packaging.
  • After let us know when the courier can pick your pack up, we will book this pick-up on GLS website for that date. Be sure to send it within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
  • Once we have received your return, we will do all the necessary checks and then send you an email to confirm the acceptance and refund your payment.

You will receive the re-credit via the same payment method. We undertake to make the repayment as quickly as possible. The re-credit may take up to 15 days,

How can I be updated on the status of my shipment?

You can check your shipment using the tracking number that GLS will send you directly once the shipment has been taken over. The sender could be “Valentina Merenda” and not necessarily “Vavins Bikini” In case of need, you can always contact us through our social channels Instagram and Facebook or via email at hello@vavinsbikini.com.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can buy our swimsuits safely: Pay Pal, credit cards or prepaid cards from the main circuits. Even if at check-out it will be required to access PayPal you can still proceed with the purchase using a credit card without being registered on PayPal. We do not accept bank transfers.

How and why should I register on the site?

It is not necessary to be logged on the vavins site to browse, view our bikinis and buy one. Creating an account allows you to save personal data, add products to your favorites and check your orders.

Signing up is simple: enter the homepage www.vavinsbikini.com, scroll down to the footer of the site and click “My Account” and choose “Register” and fill out the form, accepting the Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

I forgot the password. How can I recover it?

It is not a problem to recover the password: click “My Account” in the footer of the homepage, then on “Login” and click “Lost your password?”, you will be linked to a form where you can enter the email or username that you previously registered and you will receive a link to create a new one.

How and why should I sign up for the newsletter?

Signing up for the newsletter will allow you to receive previews of the new collections, you will be updated on discounts and promotions; do not worry, we will not “flood” your e-mail box with our e-mails. Enter your email address in the appropriate section that you can find at the bottom of the home page. You will receive a confirmation on your e-mail with a 10% off code on your first purchase!

I placed an order online but I entered some wrong data, how can I change them?

Since we carry out our shipments with GLS express courier, it is necessary to contact us within 60 minutes from confirming the order at hello@vavinsbikini.com, starting name, surname and order number. Unfortunately, we will not be able to correct the data if contacted after this timing.

If I want to make a gift and send the vavins swimsuit directly from your website, is the price visible?

There is no price on our labels and our packaging is as cute as a gift box. You can then proceed with the order by indicating the shipping address.

I don’t live in EU, do I have to calculate an import tax?

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which vary according to the country of destination and are chargeable to the customer. International transit times may vary due to delays at customs.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

If you wish to receive the invoice, communicate it by sending an email to hello@vavinsbikini.com typing name, surname, order number and tax code or VAT ID.

How much does the shipping cost?

We carry out all our shipments with GLS express courier, guaranteeing traceability and fast deliveries. In Italy the shipping cost is € 7 except in some disadvantaged areas and Venice, where a cost of max € 10 is added.

In the European Union the cost can reach a maximum of 18 € and in the rest of the world a maximum of 25 €.

The product I bought is faulty, what should I do?

We are very sorry if you have received a faulty bikini and we want to solve the problem in the shortest time.

Contact us at hello@vavinsbikini.com as soon as you discover the fault and provide us as many details as possible (the order number, which bikini is faulty, what the defect is, etc.), you can also attach a photo if you prefer.

Vavins di Valentina Merenda responds to any defect in conformity of the art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
